Follow the instructions for a clean urine deposit using the medium jet method:

   Wash and dry your hands.

   Drop the first stream of urine into the toilet. Then collect the medium jet in a collection container (approximately 50 mL). Pee the rest into the toilet.

   Close the container tightly without touching the edges of the container and the inside of the lid.

   Bring your urine container to the lab immediately after submission, within one hour at the latest. Meanwhile, keep urine in the refrigerator.
